2011 – The Beginning

Before founding GAF Traffic in 2013, Andrew McDougall held senior roles in transport planning and traffic engineering, including as Team Leader at Sinclair Knight Merz. He led major projects across WA, building expertise in road safety, traffic assessment, and project delivery.

2013 – GAF Traffic Starts

We started working from a home office which reflected our purpose as a proudly family-run business. We provided services to local Western Australian government, WA State Government Agencies, small business and private developers.

2025 – Road Logic Begins

RoadLogic is a Western Australian company delivering traffic engineering, road safety auditing & traffic management planning services. We support local governments, state government agencies and the mining sector with compliant, practical solutions aligned to Austroads and Main Roads WA standards.

With over 20 years’ experience in the traffic engineering industry, Andrew is proficient in project management, traffic impact assessments, road safety auditing, temporary traffic management planning, technical drafting and vehicle path analysis.
